At Arrona Garments, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return an item if:
- It is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- It is returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is not part of our non-returnable items (e.g., personalized/custom-made items).
Note: We do not accept returns for hygiene-sensitive items such as undergarments.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at clothing@arronagroup.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Securely package the item and send it back using a trackable shipping service.
- Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
- If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
